Black and White Birdy
Black and White Birdy is made from 100% knitted lambswool with wool felt legs, the lambswool is washed after knitting to lightly felt. After sewing, Birdy is filled with polyester toy stuffing and is suitable for all ages. Birdy can be used as a small cushion or can be used to decorate a nursery, bedroom or living room.
I knit all the animals in my studio in Norwich, Norfolk on domestic knitting machines using the softest lambswool. Handmade, each animal is individual with their own personality just waiting for a new home and a hug!
I develop the shape for each animal as well as the surface pattern. You can learn more about how I come up with the patterns here.
